Full Condo Renovation
A tired north-side condo taken down to the studs where it mattered. Kitchen opened up with custom open shelving. Master bath rebuilt from shower pan up. Shared bath refreshed. All unified with a warm mint, cream, and marble palette throughout.
Scope of work
- 01Full kitchen remodel with cabinetry, quartz counters, open shelving, and farmhouse sink
- 02Master bathroom gut renovation to studs, with a new tiled walk-in shower and 12x24 porcelain floor
- 03Shared and guest bath updates with new vanities and carrara tops
- 04Whole-unit flooring, paint, lighting, and finish carpentry
